At the Nelson Agency, we’re passionate about helping our clients protect what matters most—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Account Representative to help us do just that. In this hybrid sales and service role, you'll be the go-to expert for clients, providing support and guidance while identifying opportunities to offer personalized insurance solutions.

If you're a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated by both service and sales, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and care

  • Educate clients on available insurance products and services

  • Assist with new policy applications, renewals, and changes

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products

  • Maintain organized, accurate records and follow up as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (insurance preferred but not required)

  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health  insurance licenses (if not already licensed – we can help!)

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
